Flexibility
The Dental Zone recognize that their patients have busy schedules so have tailored their practice around being flexible to meet the patient's needs.
This is an extension to their competitive advantage of customer service, however, The Dental Zone concentration on flexibility is worth noting separately.
The Dental Zone do have set office hours in which to schedule appointments, however, in emergencies we will always be able to assist. A rotation system between the three doctors will be implemented for emergencies.
